"You gotta have bubbles" is my dad's response anytime I downplay progress with this business or throw in a "but we'll see" caveat. It's meant to remind me that ingredients, technique and time all matter when you're cooking an amazing meal, but at a simple and fundamental level, if you don't have your water boiling, that homemade Pasta Bolognese isn't going to happen.
In 2019, our home kitchen was certified as a USDA organic processing facility, we launched 6 products and 2 gift sets, and made progress we're proud of on our mission to improve clean water access.
